Cozy cabin with lake view and large garden

Our summer cabin in Saltnes will be little used by us this summer, therefore we want to rent it out to you :-) It is located on top of Makrellrødåsen in Saltnes at the end of a dead end street, with nice lake views on the terrace. Water, electricity, parking, lawn and a few minutes walking distance to the swimming area. The space The cabin is funkis-inspired with a practical and cozy open solution. In addition to the cabin of about 50m2, there is also an annex of about 20m2. The outdoor area is quite large, with trampoline, football goal and possibility for croquet, badminton. The local bathing area is a small nice sandy beach, with long shallow water and a jetty to jump from. If you want a slightly larger bathing place, you can take the bikes to Saltholmen in 10 minutes. Kiwi Saltnes and a take-away are halfway there. Here, everything is arranged for a summer idyll, both at the cabin and in the immediate area. (And 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad or Moss, where you will find a water park and a variety of indoor activities) Guest access The cabin has a simple standard, but has what you need for cooking, barbecue and outdoor activities. If there are special needs or wishes, we will try to make it happen. In the main building there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bunk and a single bed. The kitchen has a stove, cold water and a dishwasher. (Microwave can be obtained). In the annex you will find the bathroom, a bedroom and extra fridge/freezer. The bedroom has one family bunk bed and one bed. The living room on the 2nd floor has a TV (40") Only channels NRK 1-3, but Chromecast is installed. Internet access with wireless network (4G 10Mb speed). Other things to note A berth of 2.5x5 meters is available. Please contact us if you wish to rent a boat.
