Cozy cabin with a lake view and large garden

Our summer cabin in Saltnes will be little used by us this summer, therefore we want to rent it out to you :-) It is located at the top of Makrellrødsen in Saltnes at the end of a dead end road, with a nice sea view on the terrace. Water, electricity, parking, grass lawn and a few minutes walking distance to swimming area. The space Hytta is funkis-inspired with a practical and pleasant open solution. In addition to the cabin of about 50m2, there is also an annex of about 20m2. The outdoor area is quite large, with trampoline, soccer goals, and the option for croquet, badminton. The local local swimming area is a small pleasant sandy beach, with shallow water and jetty to jump from. If you want a slightly larger bathing place, you can take the bikes to Saltholmen in 10 minutes. Kiwi Saltnes and a take-away are located halfway. Here it is made for summer idyll, both at the cabin and in the immediate area. (And a 15 minute drive to Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad or Moss, where you will find a water park and a variety of indoor activities) Guest access The cabin has a simple standard, but have the things you need for cooking, barbecuing and outdoor activities. If there are any special needs or desires, we try to do that. In the main building there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bunk and single bed. The kitchen has apartment stove, inlaid cold water and dishwasher. (Microwave can be obtained). In the annex you will find the bathroom, a bedroom and extra fridge/freezer. The bedroom has one family bunk and one bed. The living room on the 2nd floor has a TV (40") Only channels NRK 1-3, but Chromecast is installed. Internet access with wireless internet (4G 10Mb speed). Other things to note A boat spot of 2.5x5 meters is accessible. Please let me know if it is desired to rent a boat.
