For a relaxing holiday in the Côtes de Saint Mont, we offer a renovated 47 m2 fully equipped gîte, located adjoining the owners without facing each other, with views of the Gers countryside. Ideal place to recharge your batteries as a family and disconnect from work - 35 minutes from Marciac The space Description: - one bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 200 - a living room with sofa bed 140 X 200 and TV with TNT channel, - a kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, traditional electric oven, induction cooktop as well as small appliances: kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishes and kitchen utensils for 4 people... - a bathroom with toilet, 120 x 80 shower cabin and vanity unit - a small private covered terrace with bistro table and chairs - a large wooded plot with 4 deckchairs, garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue, parasol, clothes rack (shared), shared vegetable garden (depending on the season). We provide for your stay: - Bed linen, duvets and bath linen - Novels, comics, children's books... - Board games - Baby crib (with linen) and high chair - Condiments: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar… - Household products, vacuum cleaners, ironing board and iron... - Children's games: bikes, etc. - Tourist documentation: Sites to visit, bike rides in the countryside, visits to vineyards and tastings, list of restaurants that we have tested for you... If needed, we allow you to use our freezer. A deposit of €350 is required upon arrival by check and will not be cashed except in case of damage.
