Our new place is a fully renovated apartment of about 55sq.m. located in the center of Xylokastro. It is a suitable place for a couple but also for a family of 4-5 people. We have created this unique place with special care and passion so that it can meet all your requirements. The cleanliness of the place and your service will be our primary concern. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a pleasant stay. The space It consists of 2 fully equipped bedrooms. The largest has a king-size bed with anatomic mattress, 9btu inverter air conditioner, large wardrobe (where you will find sheets-blankets-pillows) and a 32-inch new technology TV. The smaller one has a double bed with an anatomic mattress, 9 btu inverter air conditioner, a large wardrobe (in which you will find a clothes rack, clothes pegs, an electric iron and ironing board) and a 24-inch new technology TV. It has a spacious bathroom with a closet (where you will find towels and a hair dryer) and a 10 kg new technology washing machine. It has an open plan living-dining room equipped and decorated in a modern style with a large dining table for 4 people and a corner sofa that can become a bed for a minor. It also has a 42 inches of new technology. A kitchen fully equipped with modern cabinets, an electric stove and a new technology refrigerator. It has a microwave, toaster, French coffee maker, kettle and electric kettle. All household utensils (plates, glasses, cups, salad bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, baking pans and various other small kitchen tools) are included. As well as a kitchen counter-table with 4 modern stools. It has 2 balconies, a smaller one with a table and 2 chairs and a larger one with a large table with 4 chairs, and a folding awning for more shade. Guest access 1-2 people will be able to use the large bedroom, the bathroom and the open plan kitchen-living-dining area. 3-5 people will be able to use the entire apartment. Other things to note It is located just 100m from the nearest beach and less than 300m from the central square of Agios Vlasios, Xylokastro. It is on a road without much traffic where you can easily find parking for your car or motorcycle. It is very close (from 100m to 500m) to all the restaurants, cafes-bars, clubs and organized beaches of our city. You can get around on foot and enjoy a walk on our beautiful beach as well as do your shopping in our city's shopping area. Very close, along our beach, is the aesthetic forest 'Pefkias' and in just half an hour by car you can visit the now famous Trikala of Corinth.
