Fully enclosed land. 40 km from Troyes, in a small quiet village The space On the ground floor: a large living room with equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, dishwasher). Living room with TV and corner sofa, bathroom with double sink and large shower, recreation room with foosball table and darts, laundry room, second bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs, you have 4 bedrooms arranged as follows: A room for a couple with a baby A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds A windowless room converted into a single bedroom with a single bed A sofa bed with a Bultex mattress is located on the landing. That sleeps a total of 12 people. Toilet with sink. Children's playroom with library and desk, and fitness area with some equipment. The 4 × 8 swimming pool is private and heated from May 1 to September 30. Bedding is provided as well as one hand towel per person and tea towels.
