Description
"Les songes du chêne" is a place of welcome dedicated to well-being and nature. A haven of rejuvenation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and conducive to slowing down. A timeless place, to meet, reinvent yourself, and re-initiate dialogue with yourself and the world. A rejuvenating space in the middle of unspoiled nature; Reconciling tourism and the environment, discovering the Ariège Pyrenees, promoting short circuits by highlighting local know-how. The space The yurt is a natural and atypical place. The comfort is quality but rustic. The site consists of: 1/ A 32 m2 yurt: bedroom with sofa bed, massage table, non-smoking meditation area. No shoes or candles. 2/ An octagonal shed (equipped kitchen, shower and dining area). 3/ Dry toilets. 4/ A sloping mountain outdoor area with various terraces. For more than two people or the presence of children, contact us. We do not accept reservations with children under the age of 12 without contact! Guest access Access is on foot from the parking lot by an easy path of 50 m or a sloping staircase... It is advisable to have mountain outfits and mandatory shoes... you will have to brave the weather to go from one place to another... (toilet or kitchen bathroom) Other things to note Drinking water is provided in cans upon arrival. We have UV-treated mains water and a spring with multiple virtues 500 m away. Running water is in the place but not recommended for consumption, it comes from a tank that is regularly changed, it is mainly used for showering and washing dishes. In winters: the place is heated by wood stoves, dry wood is provided but you must know how to use them... I can light them for you but you will have to maintain them to keep the place warm... the place is a little more complicated to manage in winters but it is very warm inside even at -10 if the fires are well maintained. The toilets do not have heating. Electricity (for small appliances below 1000W)
