*New*- "Basecamp Lite"- Spacious guest apartment

Basecamp Lite is a one bedroom, plus loft, multi leveled guest apartment that has been completely updated in the Spring of 2022. Guests staying with us at Basecamp lite have full access to the backyard and pool area where you will find an expansive outdoor patio, firepit, lawn, and hot/ tub pool area. In the winter enjoy easy access to the Mountain and Trapps and relax in the hot tub after a full day of adventure! The space Basecamp Lite a guest apartment that sleeps up to 6 adults/ kids and 1 infant. The space is multi leveled with the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, kitchen, and dining area all located on the main floor. Half a flight of stairs up will bring you to a living room area and a second bathroom. Up an additional half flight of stairs will bring you the loft where there is a queen bed and an additional pull out queen sofa. We have a travel crib that is kept in the main house that can easily be left for out guests traveling with infants (just let us know you will nee this prior to your arrival). The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals in and has dining ware for indoors and also for the outdoor pool area. There is also a gas grill located off the back deck and also at the pool area for guest use. In terms of details, all bedrooms have cozy cotton sheets, down comforters in duvets covers, new pillows, white noise machines, and blackout curtains. In the summer months, each bedroom also has a portable AC unit and all have either a ceiling fan or box fan. Each bathroom has a guest amenity kit, hair dryer, Shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. We also leave ample stock of TP. This guest apartment is located off a quiet private road and is attached to a larger home that we list as "Basecamp". Guests staying with us will have full access to the outdoor property spaces and the guest apartment with the house being locked off during your stay. These spaces are not shared with other guests during your stay as we only rent either the full property or the guest house at one time. Guest access Check in for guests is contactless and is accesses via keys in a lock box on the property.
