Rental agreement: Following confirmation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature via a secure link. Deposit: A link for a €300 deposit will be sent to you via the Airbnb platform before your arrival. You will need to validate it before 12:00 PM. Security: For your safety and that of the building, there are security cameras installed in the common areas outside the building. Air conditioning: The apartment is equipped with a single-unit air conditioner. It may be a little louder than a wall-mounted air conditioner, but it cools the room. You can turn it off at night if it is too noisy, but under no circumstances should you change its temperature.
