Relax on the roof terrace with a lovely book or ice cream. The birds' chirping is heard at dawn. Everything you can imagine is here with us and on our wonderful Gotland. Other things to note Welcome to our home at Hallbrosvägen 15 B When renting, we have some rules of conduct for our tenants so that both parties know what we can expect from each other. Parking spaces: we have two outside our entrance. If you have more than two cars, you can park where there is space along the road. Waste sorting: combustible and food waste is disposed of in the bins opposite the mailboxes. Tenants are responsible for taking all other types of garbage to the recycling station. (The nearest station is at Ica Visborg). Containers for waste sorting can be found in the two right cabinets under the stairs in the kitchen. Cultivation: Feel free to harvest our crops if they are ready to eat. Please water our plants/flowers every other day. There is a ban on watering but we have watered with a water hose anyway, but are as economical as we can be. Basic goods: Feel free to use what's in the cabinets, but feel free to refill if something runs out or is close to running out so that it's there for the guests who come after you. Kitchen equipment: Inserts for the kitchen table can be found in the laundry room. They are clicked on the underside of the table. There are four extra chairs in one of the cabinets under the stairs in the kitchen. If anything breaks, please let us know. We expect that some glass or the like will break, but if it is something bigger, we will charge compensation for this. The bed mattress for the sofa bed is located in the storage box in the chaise longue. Only use our trampoline, the one on the right when you step out from the balcony (The other on the left is the neighbors' trampoline). Our three boys are more than happy to lend their toys to our guests, but they/we appreciate it if they are put back after playing and replaced if something breaks. If you eat on the sofa, we ask you to put on the duvet covers that are folded on the edge of the sofa as protection. Gas grill: Turn on the knob on the gas container itself when grilling and turn off when it is finished grilling. To avoid it getting too hot under the grill where the gas containers are, we ask you to open the doors during grilling. In the freezer, we have emptied 2 freezer compartments for you to use. We ask you to leave our frozen food alone. ☺ Final cleaning: We simply ask you to leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Vacuum and scrub the floors, make sure the dishes are washed (works well if you load and start the dishwasher upon departure), clean the bathrooms, wipe the cabinet doors in the kitchen, empty the trash in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Cleaning supplies are in the laundry room and in the bathrooms. Wash and dry the shower walls in the shower. We finally got a coffee machine installed last winter. It takes whole beans and is not complicated to use. You open the front door (right edge under the display) to the left is the water tank, the spill drum and the container for the coffee sump you will find at the bottom and in the right corner you will find the bean container that you pull out and refill if necessary. The machine tells you when the containers need to be filled/emptied. The coffee machine is preset to strong coffee. You can easily change the strength and coffee types. There is also a cylindrical container for milk. The rubber hose between the milk container and the coffee machine is hidden behind the magnetic silver front (the milk container and the hose need to be cleaned after each use).
