On your right you will find a cozy tv room perfect for watching your favorite shows and putting your feet up. On the left, a perfect place to gather for a late night card game and talk with friends. Each room has been carefully thought out to function for large groups and give your group a place for every kind of character. Once you make your way through the living room, you’ll find our dining room complete with a 10 person dining table and the most epic board game collection to exist. A 2 story kitchen awaits you at the back of the house; complete with a dining table for 4 and 55” smart tv. The split top floor is perfect for hanging and making your favorite cocktail. The bottom offers a perfect space to show off your cooking skills. We have place settings for 14 so go crazy! If you choose, you and your guests can always take those cooking skills outside and use our propane grill. Laundry is found on the main level and we provide laundry pods, dryer sheets, and an ironing board. Our home features two separate stairwells to get to the second story. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms can be found here. Bedroom 1 (the red room) offers it’s own en suite with a queen size bed. We provide an extra daybed with trundle for any royal littles who might be joining you and your own separate full bathroom. There is a curtain to draw for privacy. -The top floor master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom that does not have a door. It is behind a corner and we provide a privacy screen for you to use if you’d like. -Parties are prohibited. We want you and your large group to enjoy our property but additional guests are not allowed on the premises. We ask that you limit your group to the 15 adults this property comfortably accommodates.
