The space Since this is a traditional Japanese traditional house, the rooms are not divided into smaller rooms, but rather a large Japanese-style room divided into two by a door. Other things to note *Please refrain from using this house if you do not like insects, or if you do not like the crevices and soot unique to old private homes. *One day a year, after the rains at the end of April or beginning of May, there is outbreak of insects (in the hundreds) and a big migration of insects. If you are staying on that day, we will refund your lodging fee. This will be lucky day. *In winter (11/15 - 3/15), an additional ¥1,000/person/night will be charged for heating (for 4 commercial stoves). *Although the location ensures privacy, please refrain from making a fuss after 10:00 p.m. at night. *It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest convenience store.
