Nice, clean and spacious double bedroom in in a cul-de-sac flat. 25 mins walk distance to Arthur’s Seat and Portobello beach with good bus link into town center. Free on-street parking. There’s a Morrisons supermarket a block away from the flat. Sharing spaces are the entrance hall, dinning area, kitchen and toilet. Breakfast is not included, however, tea, coffee, milk and sugar are available in the morning . The space A spacious double bedroom with a double bed, build-in wardrobes, chest drawer. The room is one of two double bedroom in second floor flat in a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Fresh clean towels, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel are provided. Hairdryer is also available. Guest access Sharing areas are the entrance hall, kitchen, living-room and toilet. Access to the kitchen through living-room. Guests are allowed to use kitchen during their stay, please ensure everything is left clean and tidy after every use. During your stay I like to recommend my guests places to visit and eat. However, I’m very respectful of their space and time. If I’m working or I’m not in the flat, I’m always contactable on Airbnb messaging for help or advise is needed.
