Ideally located, the villas are just a 20-minute drive from Kos airport and a 10-minute drive into Kos Town, and a few minutes from the sparkling shallow waters and sandy beach of Tigaki with its watersports, cafes, and restaurants. Use your Telsa Model Y, included in the price for every day of your stay (basic insurance included) to explore the island! Taf Beach Villas combines traditional hospitality with luxury comfort, set in beautiful tropical gardens, this unique residence boasts spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Pserimos and Kalymnos. Our one bedroom villa sleeps up to four guests (two on a sofabed in the living room), and has its own private heated swimming pool and pool terrace. The unspoiled beach in front of the villas is accessed by a path in the front of the villas. The villa is made up of an open-plan living room and kitchen and dining area with a comfortable sofa and coffee table. From here you can watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV complete with Netflix, Apple TV and YouTube. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal to share. You will also find a bedroom where you can sink into the queen size bed with a comfortable Coco-Mat mattress after a long day, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All rooms have sliding doors that open up directly onto the beautiful pool terrace and balconies. Each villa has its own heated private pool and pool terrace with a dining area and outdoor kitchen with a gas barbeque. Whether it’s catching a movie in the outdoor cinema and lounge area, relaxing with a glass of wine while the children play in the playground, or enjoying a meal or a cocktail in the snack bar, you will do it all with the incredible backdrop of tropical gardens, and the beautiful colours of the glistening Aegean Sea. The plateia will be the gathering place of the ‘parea’ (Greek for a group of friends or family) to recharge, reconnect with each other, share stories and ideas, and to laugh, drink and eat together. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and private pool terrace as well as access to the shared plateia area. Other things to note Please be aware that in accordance with a new Greek law as of 2024, there is an environmental tax of €8 per night per villa, which is payable upon arrival in the local currency. You will be issued with a separate receipt for this at the end of your stay. Included in the reservation price is a TESLA Model Y to use every day of your stay (The driver must be over 23 years old and hold a valid EU or international driving license for at least one year. Vehicles are covered against damages from fire to the rented vehicle, and liability insurance to third-party death injury and property. We provide our guests with top-quality bed linens, towels, and beach towels. To conserve resources and help the environment, we clean your villa and refresh towels every two days, while bed linens are changed every four days. Each villa has a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules are provided. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms are supplied with hairdryers and full amenities. Parking is available outside your villa. If you are traveling with little ones, we have a baby cot, high chair, bed guard, a high-quality pushchair, a baby car seat and a booster seat with headrest, a baby carrier, plug socket covers, and baby monitors available free of charge upon request.
