Situated on a quiet side street at the north end of Dewey Beach. Grab the provided Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, cooler bag, beach games, and walk to Dewey's beautiful shoreline in just a few minutes! Private Entry and Self Check-In at your convenience through the front door using your Custom Keypad Code for the Yale Assure Deadbolt Smart Lock (code is active for the duration of your stay, and sent to you automatically upon your booking confirmation. It is truly custom to you and only you, not a “recycled code” like at many other properties). Approximately 600 square feet of finished living surface area (ceramic tile flooring and area rugs). The apartment features a large, L-shaped, mahogany leather couch that is also a comfortable pullout sleeper sofa. A brown suede love seat, plenty of decorative pillows, and a decorative wooden surfboard coffee table make for a cozy space to unwind. 65" HD flat screen TV with X1 cable box gives you access to premium cable and your personal streaming service accounts log-in (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc). After entering, to your immediate right is the ~80 sq ft bedroom space at the foot of two small stairs. The mattress is size Full XL, has a memory foam topper, and lies atop a leather bed platform. The bed will be made for you prior to your check-in and will have 2 sets of clean shower towels, hand towels, and wash cloths atop the bed. The bedroom has an empty dresser with drawers, an LG flat screen TV with Roku, Roku remote, and an ultra quiet (~42dbs) Midea-U Air Conditioning window unit so you may control the bedroom temp to your liking. An iron, steamer, and ironing board hang on the bedroom wall, and a lamp with alarm clock sits atop the nightstand containing USB ports and outlet connections. Please note that the bedroom is enclosed with the ivory privacy curtains (the bedroom does not have an actual physical, wooden door). The motorized window blinds are remote operated with individual remote controllers located above the welcome sign by the front door, and provide full blackout coverage. They are preprogrammed for "one-touch" full open and close operation. To stop the blind half way, touch the "-" symbol on the controller. The bedroom motorized blind controller is mounted on the wall to the right of the lamp. You can also use the posted Voice Commands for the Nest Mini to control the shades. Four barstools surround the granite countertop, and the full kitchen features stainless steel Frigidaire appliances; dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven. Also included are cookware, silverware, plates, glasses, bowls, spices, toaster oven, Nutri Ninja blender, Hamilton Beach Drip coffee maker, coffee filters, complimentary coffee grounds, and paper towels. Kitchen items are in the labeled cabinets for easy locating! The Cleaning Service & Linen Supply Closets line the side wall and are locked. Child safety locks enclose the other cabinets along the flooring. Clean bed sheets and shower towels for the guests using the pullout sleeper sofa are in the bottom drawer of the light brown dresser. Extra pillows, comforters, and blankets are in the zippered linen storage bags on top of the Supply Closets. Please note: the shower handle base has the Blue and Red temperature labels backwards: please turn clockwise to 6 o'clock for warm, and 3 o'clock for very hot. Turn counter clockwise to 9 o'clock for cold. I am extremely responsive to calls and messages for anything you may have questions about during your stay! Guest access The entire ground floor apartment is yours! Private Entry through the front door. Please do not go up the stairs outside, the deck belongs to Unit A (not Unit B). One on-property parking spot along the side of the brick building in front of the chain. Please do not park in front of the white fence with the “no parking” sign. For an additional car please park in the Town Street Parking using the provided parking pass (no ParkMobile fees needed while using the provided pass).
