House is private home in a lake community of 20 homes. Nearest shopping is in Chattahoochee, 6 miles away; Bainbridge GA, Marianna, FL and Tallahassee FL easy to reach on Hwy 90 (30 miles). Guest access All aspects of the house except for a locked storage unit. Large closet in Master bedroom and additional storage in laundry room if needed. Other things to note Wildlife is abundant through the community! Outdoor motion detector lighting will show guests raccoons, armadillos, foxes, rabbits and deer during the early evening dusk hours. Guests are asked to empty trash cans prior to leaving or on trash pickup day. Cleaning supplies provided; starter laundry and dishwasher pods provided but guests will need supplies if there is a longer stay. Vacuum sweeper/swifter/brooms provided for quick clean-ups when necessary. If additional cleaning is necessary, guests can request through host.
