An 11 ft. x 13 ft. bedroom contains a queen bed; leather reclining chair with reading light and side table; storage ottomans at foot of the bed; a full-size 2-door closet with shelf; TV; high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (150MB/sec.); storage matrix with 1 cubic ft. baskets for personal items and clothes; and light-darkening pleated shades on the front wall windows. The bathroom is equipped with a 1500-watt ceramic tower heater for enhanced shower/bath comfort. An electric kettle is provided with an assortment of teas, instant coffee, and sweeteners and bottled water. Guest access The kitchen on the 2nd level is available for beverage storage, coffee making, and preparation of snacks and use of a microwave. On the 3rd Level, a washer, dryer, and ironing board/electric iron are available with host guidance for proper operation. During your stay The host occupies the master suite bedroom on the 3rd level and is also available 24/7 by cell phone for any issues that arise during your stay.
