Beautiful newly renovated 3 Bed 2 Bathroom house. The pool is **not heated** and is cleaned every week; however, due to hurricane damage and pending repairs to the pool screen, leaves may occasionally blow into the pool. While the repairs are ongoing, the house is offered without the pool as a primary feature, but you are welcome to use the pool if you wish. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 20-25 minutes from Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably with ample space to enjoy. Private outdoor pool accessible via the lanai. Note: The pool is not heated, cleaned weekly (Mondays), and may occasionally have leaves due to hurricane damage and pending screen repairs. Pool use is optional, but it is not offered as a primary feature. Nearby Attractions & Amenities Dining: Savory Restaurant, Pie12 Napoletana Coal Fired Pizzeria, Da Pollani’s, Shomi Sushi & Seafood, Cafe de Paris, and more. Shopping: Publix, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chipotle, and Olive Garden within a short drive. Activities: Minutes from Largo Golf Course, Southwest Recreational Complex, and local parks. Guest Access Full access to the home, including a washer/dryer in the garage. Off-limits areas: Two locked closets with housekeeper supplies, the main garage, and backyard storage. No parking in the garage; use the double driveway instead. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home including the washer dryer in the the garage, All other sections of the garage and backyard and two interior locked closets which has housekeeper supplies are off limits to all guests. There is NO parking in the garage, and do not try to open the main garage door. Guests are welcome to park in the double driveway. Other things to note Additional Information Keyless Entry: Guests receive a unique code for digital entry; all codes are deactivated after checkout. Exterior Security Cameras: Cameras monitor outdoor areas for safety and insurance purposes; no cameras are in private indoor spaces. Maintenance: Pool cleaning every Monday; maintenance takes ~20 minutes, and guests should wait 30 minutes before swimming post-cleaning. Trash pickup: Tuesdays and Fridays; recycling on Fridays. Guests with Monday or Thursday stays must place trash/recycling on the curb. Housekeeping: Arrives at 10:30 AM on checkout day. WIFI Policy: Disconnecting WIFI results in immediate reservation cancellation and required departure. General Rules: Treat the property respectfully, as you would your own or a family member’s home. Use common sense for care and cleanliness. Important Notes No Animals Allowed. Government-issued ID may be required for safety purposes.
