From the street entry is via the communal front door that services only two properties. The apartment has it’s own secure front door and no shared amenities beyond the communal entrance. The flight of stairs takes you from the entrance to the first floor where you can access the kitchen, first bedroom and bathroom. Then, giving some privacy between the bedrooms, a further four stairs up to the second bedroom and living room. The property offers modern living with home comforts. With no baby gate you may consider the apartment unsuitable for toddlers or young children. Location is perfect for those who want to explore Newport, Cardiff or Bristol: Newport train station walking distance. Cardiff is mere 20 minute train ride away and Bristol 25 mins.
