The space A large family & dog friendly light and airy home in a quiet location with open living areas, Tasmanian blue gum hardwood floors throughout the living areas, quality comfortable high-end furnishings, floor to ceiling picture windows and reverse cycle heating and cooling will ensure you are comfortable all year round. Set on a large block with great outdoor spaces you will have the entire home to yourself. There are four extra-large bedrooms, all with double built in wardrobes to comfortably store your luggage during your stay. The home is well suited to up to eight adults with 2 x toddler beds & a portable cot available for infants. The oversized master bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed, quality linen & towels, a private ensuite with double basin and double shower, large built-in wardrobe and Samsung smart digital TV. Cedar & glass doors open to a private garden table setting & outdoor sitting area providing a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in the sun. A four-seat heated outdoor hot tub (spa) is nearby, unwind in the hot tub under the stars after a long day exploring Canberra or trip to the snow. The second spacious bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed with inbuilt USB charging port, quality linen, towels, large double built in wardrobe, digital TV and a single sofa. The third large bedroom also provides a queen size bed with quality linen, towels, single sofa and a large built-in wardrobe and a smart digital TV. The fourth bedroom is of equal size to the other bedrooms and includes a double bed & 2 X toddler beds suitable for children aged 2-7 years. It also has a digital TV, large built-in wardrobe & some children’s play equipment. There are many board games located in the cupboard in this room. A portable cot, change table & highchair can be provided for infants on request. Three bathrooms with showers, the main includes a bath. Bathrooms are well provisioned with floor mats, face washers and hand towels as well as Sukin body wash, Glo Lab hand wash and bathroom amenities like cotton balls & make up pads. Three toilets and a separate alcove vanity easily provide for a large family or group of couples. A hairdryer is provided. The well-appointed kitchen has everything for those who like to cook. Providing high-end quality appliances including a large induction cooktop, double oven, dishwasher, barista coffee machine, double door fridge/freezer with water & ice dispenser and plenty of crockery, utensils, pots and pans, kitchen appliances, cutlery and glassware to ensure you have everything you need for a home cooked meal! We'll also give you some suggestions for some of our favourite restaurants and takeaways (which we are spoilt for options) for those who prefer to eat out. Large open plan living spaces with the option to separately close off the rumpus/pool room, and lounge room from the family, dining and kitchen area. Both the lounge and family room have large Samsung smart TVs with access to free to air TV and Netflix as well as high speed free Wi-Fi though out the property. The property will spoil you for options when it comes to fun and relaxation! Outside you will find several areas to unwind and enjoy the peaceful leafy surrounds or kick back on a comfortable lounge or hammock to watch some sport on one of the conveniently placed Samsung smart TV's. Open the french doors from the family/dining area to enter a fabulous entertaining area with a large gas BBQ, alfresco dining to seat 8 and comfortable outdoor lounges. There is an in-ground fully fenced heated swimming pool (available October to March) and fully equipped outdoor pool bar with a sink, double fridge, outdoor glassware and serve ware, utensils and seating. There is plenty to keep the whole family entertained including a table tennis table, dart board, totem tennis, quoits, children's basketball hoop, balls and bats etc as well as a children’s playground with swings, multiple slides, a cubby house and sand pit (suitable for ages 3-12). On the other side you will find a shady yard with outdoor lounges, hammock, large wood fired pizza oven with bench and bar seating surrounding a fire pit, outdoor dining table as well as a heated jacuzzi/hot tub. With a leafy outlook you can enjoy your morning or afternoon workout in a peaceful surround in the fully equipped gymnasium, where you will find a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, cross trainer, Pilates reformer machine, weight centre as well as hand weights, exercise balls and mats and digital TV. Alternatively take a walk or one of the two mountain bikes provided around surrounding nature reserves and bike tracks where will likely see kangaroos and horses as well as some lovely native birdlife. The laundry provides a washer dryer combo and is well provisioned with detergents, soaks and sprays to allow you to manage any laundry during your stay. The secure fully fenced yard means you can feel comfortable traveling with your fur babies. An outdoor dog bed and bowls are available to ensure they are catered for too. Straight out the back gate you will find a reserve and walking paths perfect for walking your dogs on lead. Your cars will be well looked after with a large secure remote control garage parking for two vehicles & additional off-street parking on the property. Guest access Guest will have sole access to the whole property with the exception of the three storage sheds and two small secured storage areas inside the house. Guests will be provided with self check in details on day of arrival and will be able to contact hosts. Other things to note We love to travel and understand how important it is to have the creature comforts that make your stay special. Our pantry includes some cooking staples which you are welcome to use and there is a Woolworths and IGA grocer less than 3 minutes' drive for supplies. Linen is provided and for short stays we ask that you leave used linen (including tea towels and towels) in the linen bags provided at the end of your stay. For longer stays you can use the laundry to refresh bed linen and towels as desired. There are two mountain bikes in the garage with helmets for your convenience. We ask that you secure them when taking them out with the provided padlocks. We have an array of games, puzzles and books to amuse the kids and whilst we definitely don’t have a substantial library for the adults there are plenty of cookbooks!
