Other things to note Please note: Our internet connection is DSL/CenturyLink, the best available in our backroads location. Suitable for email, and less bandwidth heavy uses. Not suitable for "work from home" This is not an amusement park ride. She is a classic 'antique' boat, not actually built for optimum overnight accommodations. She features areas of low head room, several steps up and down to various levels, and an attendant salty boat ambiance. She's 80 years old! Boat people and adventurers love her, but she may not be appropriate for everyone. Also please note, we have a friendly dog on the premises. Winter weather advisory: During the winter months, the boat is heated by our new heat pump/minisplit. Still, not all areas are equally warm. The pilot house/galley is very comfortable, the bunks are dry and bedding is deep and luxurious. Some might think of it as glamping. Layers and slippers are advised. The shower is outdoors but private for the hardy, with enough hot water for 5-7 minutes of 'experience.' Shower shoes and a robe are helpful. Most guests love it...see reviews. Additional note: As an actual yacht conversion, hot water heater is small and suitable for short Navy type showers. Ppl who need 50 gal of hot water to shower will not be happy. Suitable for most experienced RV/ Boating travelers tho.
