Arborea Flats is very popular for its safe and peaceful location with all convenience you'd want from a place in the city. The studio has custom made furniture and original paintings from Swiss artist Gaudan. The space The studio is very light, airy and spacious and faces to the river and green trees. It's very quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located near the best supermarket Automercado (next door) as well as cleaners, bank, optician, malls, german bakery, yoga studio, restaurants, mc donalds etc. All furniture has been custom made by the owner, swiss artist GAUDAN, so if you appreciate special design and individual touches you will love staying here. Wake up to the sunrise, have coffee on the balcony and enjoy this oasis after a day in the city. Guest access There is 24/7 security guards and private parking for you. You are also welcome to enjoy the swimming pool and gym as well as the little green areas and wooden platforms in the back. There is also a co-working space available next door. Other things to note Wifi is good and reliable, so our studio is also a great space if you are a digital nomad.
