Located at km 0, our home is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the Old Town and across the street from all the main restaurants and attractions that Bucharest has to offer. The space IMPORTANT: Please note that our home is in fact compiled out of 2 apartments, located in the same building, one above the other. Going between apt. requires accessing the shared building staircase. Each apartment is equipped precisely the same and includes: • Living room featuring a large dining area and a 50 inch TV • 2 Bedrooms with a comfortable Queen Size bed + Double bed and TVs • Fully equipped kitchen • Fully equipped bathroom • Balcony overlooking the city center Guest access Guests have full access of the space during their stay. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the homes, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. Other things to note • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours. • We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.
