Charming village house

Old Chapel completely restored in the heart of the charming village of La Tour d'Aigues in the South Luberon. The house benefits from great natural freshness!! Great nearby businesses: bakers, butchers, grocery store, cheese factory, wine cellars, press... The village is located 20 min from Aix en Provence, 10 min from Cucuron, and 5 min from the Étang de la Bonde and its large beach. The village castle hosts many shows and festivals (see the Château de la Tour d'Aigues website). The space Atypical house dating from the 18th century, created in the old chapel of the village. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (160) and a sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor, the kitchen is open to the dining room, and overlooks a small cellar/laundry room under the stairs. At the end of the hallway you will find the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, the cross vault hosts the living room and distributes the 2 bedrooms. The house stays cool in summer thanks to the thickness of its walls. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Only one room is closed for the storage of our belongings. Other things to note This house is my home for the rest of the year. The house is located in a charming tree-lined cul-de-sac. All shops are within walking distance.
