Updated beach cottage in a family friendly neighborhood includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for six. Master bedroom with en-suite, wet bar, and sitting area is perfect for extended families. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third features custom quad bunk beds. Outdoor area includes a shower, grill, patio table, and sectional seating area with fire table. Easy access with number combination door lock and 4 parking spaces! The space Welcome to your home away from home! You will have everything you need to make your trip one to remember. A short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, guests can enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer. Guests can also bring lounge chairs right into the driveway for a perfect view to watch the fireworks on Wednesday nights during the summer season. Netflix and free wifi are provided during your stay. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with streaming applications available (with your own subscription) and the living room has a smart tv with the Netflix app available for use. Window air conditioning is installed after Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. We do our best to foresee the weather. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, blender and a dish washer. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, and dinnerware. We provide complimentary coffee to brew along with sugar and creamer. In the bathrooms, you will find 50+ towels for your stay. We provide laundry detergent for you to wash the towels if you find yourself needing more during your stay. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair blow dryer for your convenience. Outside, you will find a grill and grilling utensils. We supply propane - no need to bring a tank. Sitting on the outdoor sofa by the fire place is the perfect way to end the night. We provide a beach cart, two beach chairs, and plenty of sand toys for your convenience. If you have children, don’t forget to pack their bicycles or scooters. Our neighborhood is perfect to go for an early morning ride by the marsh!
