Sprucewood House adds bicycles in 2026

In 2026, we are adding bicycles to your Airbnb experience. Check out our "additional photos" for more information on what is coming. Our beautifully decorated, exceptionally quiet home invites you to rest and relax. Private fenced property offers a secure, manicured yard & parking. Located in the heart of the city, 2 1/2 miles from downtown shops & the Alaska Railroad Terminal, 4 miles from the Anchorage International Airport. Close to restaurants, shopping, and a network of bike trails. The space There are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom with an ensuite. The other two spacious bedrooms share the guest bathroom. A full-sized click couch is available in the living room for the seventh guest. All bedrooms feature top-down/bottom-up black-out Levolor blinds, allowing visitors to sleep well at night and enjoy natural light during the day. The in-house laundry room, separated by an exterior door to ensure quiet cleaning, offers complimentary laundry products. The Great Room features a living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare exceptional meals. This Five-Star energy-rated home is built to the most modern standards, with LED lighting throughout. The exterior features sunset- and sunrise-activated lighting for added safety and security. Additionally, there is secure off-street parking for two vehicles. The backyard has a shed that secures our fleet of bicycles & necessary biking equipment. Guest access Guests receive their unique access code before checking in. There is ample street parking and secure, alley-accessed parking in the fenced backyard, which is also ideal for guests with mobility issues, as there is only one step into the house from the back door. Other things to note Handicap accessible entrances & interior doorways are 36 inches wide. The Master Shower is handicap accessible and includes a shower chair upon request. An ADA accessible toilet riser for our elder travelers is also available upon request. For babies, upon request, we offer a complementary 'pack & play', a stroller, and a travel high chair. We also have a cooler and everything you need for a picnic. We have a variety of bicycles for all ages to include helmets & bike locks
