This sea view apartment located over the stunning Porthmeor Beach in St Ives with panoramic views and stunning sunsets. With an incredible floor to ceiling height bay window, perfectly designed for 2 + 1, leaves you metres over the beach and onto the sand below of this first floor apartment. With open-plan living lounge/kitchen/diner just getting yourself away from the window and able to explore everything else that St Ives has to offer can be tricky - whatever the weather! The space A rare find apartment in the most enviable location in St Ives. The entrance through the hidden door of the slipway onto Porthmeor Beach is certainly the beginning of your complete getaway from it all. Once inside the small courtyard we have a private entrance into Seawall Court apartments, only 4 in total. Located on the first floor of the building this wonderful apartment certainly has the WOW factor with this incredible view. Arriving into the hallway of the apartment you will find the bedroom on your left, now with king size bed, plenty of storage space, cupboards and drawers. Next door to the bedroom is the newly renovated shower room which contains a walk in shower cubicle with overhead rainfall shower head and separate shower head, loo, LED mirror over a large sink basin and cabinet. Most of our visitors head straight to the view and the open plan living space. A spacious layout this contains a kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed and sofa as well as that incredible view. Other things to note This is a first floor apartment with 10 steps up from ground level. Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request only. We ask for a £10 fee per item to hire them for the duration of a stay. Please note there also isn’t a bath in the apartment. If you require a baby bath please let us know and we can provide. What we provide: Bed linen. (Please specify if you will require linen for the sofa bed) Bath towels & hand towels for 2 guests. (3 if specified you will require the sofa bed for a 3rd guest) (We do not provide beach towels) Tea towels, oven cloth and a bath mat. A double length toilet roll. Hand soap, washing up liquid, anti bacterial spray, bleach. (Please note we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or other personal toiletries due to personal preference and/or allergies) Dish cloth, sponge, dishwasher tablets. (Please note we do not provide washing detergent/pods due to personal preference and/or allergies) Oil, salt, pepper, pint of milk, tea bags, coffee sticks and sugar sticks. As this is self catering accommodation, if/when provisions run out you would be expected to purchase any further items for your own stay. The cottage does not have a parking space and there is no free on street parking. We do however have a few off site parking spaces (20 minute walk away) which we can book out alongside a reservation at 2 Seawall Court for an additional fee. They also offer a shuttle bus service to and from Porthmeor beach.
