Spacious living room/dining area, game room in basement, outside seating on the deck, porch or in backyard, peaceful area, full kitchen stocked with many necessities. Books, games, free super high-speed Wi-Fi, large screen tv. NEW DECK AND SLIDING DOOR. Free to use Washer and dryer (dryer in basement). Dog crates (for when you leave the pet alone). Dog beds available in the house. We have a security doorbell camera (Nest) on the front of the house, a camera by the outside garage door and one on the back of the house. All are for security purposes. The stairs to the basement are older, narrow and steep. Please be VERY cautious going down them to use the dryer or the garage. Please do not let young children on the steps. Keep the door locked and hooked at all times. No smoking or vaping in the house. No cats. Max 2 registered dogs. NO THIRD PARTY RENTALS. If you rent you must be the one staying in the home. NO unregistered guests. Guest access You have access to the whole home, outside property, garage for games and a treadmill, front porch, backyard for cornhole, foosball, darts, other games. Clothesline if needed. Other things to note Please, No SMOKING or VAPING in the house at any time. Cigarette butt can is provided outside by the deck. No pets on the furniture (beds or couch and chairs). Clean up after your pets. There are small poop bags by the front porch door. No events or parties. No uninvited or UNREGISTERED guests are allowed to spend the night. We need to know the names and ages of all registered guests. If you are not listed on the registration, you are not allowed to stay. Please use recycle bins in the garage for cans, glass and plastic. Make sure to lock the door on the way out..... ENJOY YOURSELF.
