Bright studio of 28 m2 close to the center of Lunel and its shops (5 mins walk), located 30 meters from the cinema, 100 meters from the multimodal station, 20 minutes from the beaches, 15 min from Montpellier and Nîmes via the TER. Free train station parking. The space The studio is equipped with a double bed in 160 x 200 (pillows and linen provided), a desk, a kitchen area reserved only for breakfasts (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes and utensils, tea, coffee, sugar...), a wardrobe/closet (with iron, sewing kit, brush and storage for shoes...), a bathroom with toilet and large shower (note: towels are not provided), a TV and Wi-Fi connection. Guest access The accommodation is located on the ground floor, within our family home, with a fully independent entrance. Check-ins and check-outs can be done independently, as the space is equipped with a lockbox. Check-ins start at 4 p.m. and checkouts start before 12 p.m. Other things to note The city of Lunel is located between Cévennes and the Mediterranean, between Montpellier and Nîmes, in the heart of the Petite Camargue. The many mansions and private hotels, which can be discovered while strolling through the city center, attest to the city's past wealth. The Camargue, rich in its diversity of fauna and flora and also history (between Aigues-Mortes, fortress of the expeditions of the crusades is 25 minutes, Arles and the Saintes Maries de la Mer 45 minutes) offers heavenly landscapes with its birds, horses and bulls, and huts. This land has also offered for more than 2000 years an exceptional terroir that produces the famous "Muscat de Lunel" but also subtle, classy wines (PDO/PGI), to be tasted in moderation, of course. Excellent nearby restaurants, museums and arts to visit in Montpellier and Nîmes easily and quickly accessible via the TER. Not forgetting the music festivals (Nîmes, Junas, Lunel...) of dance, or the Fise.
