This spacious, +/- 2500 sqft, sun-drenched home has been recently renovated and artfully styled to include a freestanding soaking bath, en suite restrooms in all guest rooms, hardwood floors, and a high-end, contemporary kitchen addition that is every chef's dream. Outside includes a massive free form pool, outdoor shower room with sprawling hardscape patios and extensive landscaping. Guest access All areas are for guests. Other things to note Paying to heat the pool will be the responsibility of the guest. Pricing varies depending on desired pool temperature, duration of use, and weather, but you can expect at least $300-600 per week. The tank is equipped with a smart meter for ease of tracking! There will be an additional fee of at least $200 automatically assessed for the use of any indoor fireplace for necessary, cleaning, ash vacuuming and maintenance. Stays of one week or longer require an additional cleaning during your stay. You can arrange directly with us to schedule. We pay our cleaners a living wage and spend more time cleaning in the summer months due to the pool maintenance and groundskeeping.
