Our 106 year-old lovingly restored 1920 cottage is 3 blocks from First Street River Rapids, 25 minutes to Bachelor & 10 minute walk to Town. Centrally located urban setting on a main street. Step back in time, the original charm was painstakingly preserved, with original claw foot with shower and bathtub (which requires adequate mobility) and wood floors. Comforts include: Hot Tub, Gas fireplace, Dishwasher, W/D. The space As featured on YouTube channel: Tiny House Expedition, titled "Tiny Cottage Lives Large" this stand alone cottage with private yard & hot tub is decorated in vintage décor with original restored & salvaged building materials. There is off street parking next to cottage for two vehicles, fully fenced yard & modern conveniences such as hot tub & gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer & dryer & air conditioners. Bedroom with queen size bed. Secure storage for our guest's belongings (bikes, sports equipment, etc.) is provided. Property is fully fenced. Guest access Our guests should feel free to use washer and dryer, hot tub with proper care and lounge in the private yard. Guest book in kitchen contains recommendations for food, drink, out door activities. Other things to note The cottage is not ADA compliant. There are steps to both front and back entrances. There is a claw foot bathtub/shower in the bath room. There is an above ground hot tub in back yard. There are area rugs and other floor coverings. The cottage is centrally located and street traffic can be busy at times during weekday mornings and evenings. Please be careful pulling in and out of the parking spaces. Some traffic noise can be expected during typical morning and afternoon commute times. ***Pet Policy and Compliance*** ✓There's a 2 pet maximum ✓$50 Pet Fee applies to each pet • Pet owner agrees to inform owner of intent to include pet in their rental and to pay additional pet deposit which was disclosed during booking process. • Pets are prohibited on the furniture: beds, couches, chairs, tables. • Pets must not be left alone unattended in the cottage or in the yard. Pets must be crated while guests are away from the cottage. • Prevent pets from engaging in behaviors that create excessive noise which may disturb our neighbors, which include, but not limited to barking, howling, running, jumping, digging. • Pets may use backyard as their “facility”. Remove all pet waste from backyard before checkout. Please feel free to use plastic bags provided. Tie knot in bags and deposit in trash bin. • Use rags and cleaner located above clothes dryer to clean up any accidents as quickly as possible. • Pet owner agrees that any damage to the exterior or interior of the premises, yards, flooring, walls, trim, finishes, floors or floor coverings, appliances caused by pets is the financial responsibility of the pet owner. • Pet owner agrees to pay all reasonable repair or replacement costs required to restore damage to original condition due to damaged caused by their pets.
