Description
##NO PETS## see House Rules A hidden gem among Spokane’s Historic Lower South Hill. It has been described as a place for healing. Perched on a west facing bluff soaking in every sunset the PNW has to offer. There are private spaces for each unit & communal spaces in the backyard like an oversized fire pit & 12ft dinner table. This quaint little home is special and dear to my heart. It would be my pleasure to host you. The space This year is a Big year for Little Elm. It just received a new side yard, entry door, summer outdoor sectional, 11ft sun shade umbrella & Weber BBQ with more to come. Just added a private hot tub just in time for winter sunsets Guest access Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles on the property (Tandem, one behind the other) Other things to note In the Warm Months Lil Elm has a HUGE view but along with seeing everything means you can hear everything. At night when things quiet down, people coming from cities (like me) won’t even notice but others may hear the “hushing” of the freeway or the trains that come and go. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the view and faces the cul-de-sac. Persons sensitive to noise may still pick up on it. This really only applies when sleeping with the windows open. In the Cold Months Heating is electric radiant baseboard. If you have never been in a place that heats with electric heating elements it makes slow popping sounds like a kettle warming to a boil. I have had two guests mention a strange noise throughout the night. It’s just the nature of baseboard heating. It’s not loud but when it’s quiet you can hear the little pops. Each room has its own heater so you can always just turn down the heat while going to sleep. That was a long explanation for something most people don’t notice but since it came up twice I wanted to disclose it.
