Enjoy the peace and the beautiful nature in this spacious duo cottage from 2015. Enjoy the morning with panoramic views of Raulandsfjell, and spend the day out in beautiful nature. Ski in and out. Rauland and Holtardalen are a perfect starting point for varied experiences throughout the year. We primarily rent to quiet families. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The cabin is perfect for one or two families, and up to 10 people. Parking for 2 cars on private plot. Possibility of electric car charging for an additional fee. The space The cabin is spacious (usable area 123 sqm) and has two floors. Sunny terrace outside the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and balcony outside the living room on the second floor. Two bedrooms with double beds, and two bedrooms with family bunks (2+1 per bunk bed). All beds have a standard length, around 2 meters. Heating cables in the hallway, living room/kitchen and in both bathrooms, plus panel heaters. Remote control (smart home solution) ensures heated cabin upon arrival. Guest access The cabin is half of a duo cabin. The cabin is completely available to guests. Other things to note Parking for 2 cars in the private courtyard next to the cabin, along the window row (not in front of the entrance). There is also a charger for electric car (Easee) installed here. Charging of electric car is not included in the rental price, and must be agreed with the landlord. Please let us know if you would like such an additional service. The tenant must provide a charging cable. The tenant must bring towels, cloths, bed linen, firewood and other basic items (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). There are pillows and duvets for 10 people in the cabin. Feel free to use what you find of items in the cabin, but it must be expected to be refilled. No smoking or pets. Electricity is included, limited to 70 KWh on average per day. This is sufficient to ensure a comfortable stay. Power consumption beyond this must be covered by the tenant at the current rate. This is settled towards the end of the rental period. Consumption can be monitored with a power meter located in the indoor shed. We do not use outdoor shoes inside, we do not eat on sofas and beds, we use cutting boards and do not cut directly on the countertop in the kitchen, and we follow normal rules of order outside and inside. We greatly appreciate that guests respect the same rules and take good care of our cabin during their stay. Two bedrooms with double beds, and two bedrooms with family bunks (2+1 per bunk bed). All beds have a standard length, around 2 meters. The double beds are 180 cm wide. The lying surface on the upper part of the family bunk beds is 80 x200 cm, the lower part is 120x200 cm.
