Pets are prohibited. No parties. The space The apartment has a large living room, with air conditioning, a window and access to a small balcony, which has a small table with two chairs, and is used to have an aperitif, watch the sunset or go out to smoke…. A hallway leads from the living room to the two bedrooms, the kitchen (small), and the bathroom. The inner bedroom has a double bed, a built-in closet, and access to a patio or small terrace, from which you can go up to the roof terrace. The large outer bedroom has two twin beds, a large built-in closet, air conditioning, heating, and balcony access. In addition, the bedrooms and living room have new, quiet ceiling fans. Guest access Individual entrance from the street, with only 6 steps. A clothesline in an inner courtyard. Other things to note It's a family apartment, recently renovated for our vacation. The decor is simple, and Spanish-Swedish, like the hosts.
