The space → Comfortable LR to spend time in → A fully equipped new sparkling kitchen with appliances including fridge dishwasher and stove as well as microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed → Master bedroom on the top floor features a queen size bed and ensuit bathroom. →The ensuite bathroom is a beautiful full bathroom with a shower stall. → 2nd bedroom on the main floor features a double bed. →The second full bathroom is on the main floor and has a bathtub/shower. →Blinds on all windows and room darkening one in the bedrooms. →Ceiling fans as well as an AC unit controlled by the guest. → High-speed Unlimited Fiber Optics Bell Wi-Fi. → Smart Flat TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube. → A washer and dryer set is located in the main floor bathroom. If you need parking please let me know and I'll most likely be able to provide you with a spot (for a fee) or will help you with how to obtain street permit parking from the City. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire unit and the shared laundry facilities and private deck. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note If you need Parking please let me know I will most likely be able to accommodate you (for a fee) or you can get street temporary permit parking from the city and I'll be happy to explain how to obtain one. If you bring a service animal with you, please contact me before booking regarding extra cleaning fees (the amount provided to you prior to your booking/ please ask for it to avoid issues), and for providing the necessary paperwork, PRIOR to booking. If you would like to bring a non service pet with you, please contact me BEFORE booking, and depending on the pet's information you provide I might agree. However, even if I do there will be an additional cleaning fees to be provided by me prior to booking, and some extra rules to follow.
