Kasuda has got beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms with a very clean surrounding.This room has got one queen bed with bedding, Air conditioning (AC), a desk, a chair, a small fridge, a closet, smart Television with its own remote controls, with channels such as Netflix etc, very good internet connection powered by Starlink, an electric kettle, sugar, tea bags and salt.Each room has got its own bathroom (shower,toilet and a sink).We have solar power backup system 24/7 and water supply 24/7. The space Kasuda rooms are in a great, secure and safe neighborhood in Livingstone, Zambia. Kasuda is about one kilometer (1km) away from Livingstone town. Private and public transport is just about 70 meters from our gate. We also recommend good taxi drivers if you need their services. We offer airport pickups and drop-offs at a fee. For those who love or like to walk it only takes about 15 minutes to walk and just less than three minutes drive to Livingstone town. Kasuda is near Mukuni park curio market, restaurants, shops, Livingstone museum, the Airport and the Victoria falls. There are a lot of activities you can do in Livingstone, so we have put together a list of these activities from different services providers so that we can help our guests plan, arrange and make bookings for them if they need our help. Guest access The guests have access to the entire room. The room has got it's own bathroom, that is a shower, toilet and sink. It has it's only private entrance. Other things to note RULES 1. Be honest about the number of guests because you will be charged accordingly, only those paid for should sleep in the room. Two people maximum in each room. 2. Please switch off everything such as Air conditioning (A/Cs or Air-con), lights, hot water switch when you are not using them and when you are about to leave the room to help us save electricity (Energy) hence help us keep our rates reasonable. 3. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the room. 4. Please respect Check-out time which is 10hrs (10am). We need to have enough time to clean and prepare for the next check-in which starts at 14hrs (2pm). 5. We do not allow making loud noise, playing loud music or hosting parties/events. 6. No pets are allowed at this property. 7. No borrowing or getting out anything from the room e.g towels, pillows, extension cables, clothes hangers, glasses etc. 8. We charge for laundry services, it’s K10/item. 9. Note that we do not allow ironing from the bed because a number of guests have burnt the bedding hence they were charged for the damages. We advise you to always iron from the desk because if you burn anything you will be charged. We offer ironing services at K7/item. 10. Lost key fee. If you lose any keys you have to pay for it/them hence you are advised to leave the keys with us when you are going outside this property. 11. Before you check out make sure you have not carried any of our things and inform us when checking out because we need to inspect the room when you are about to check out. 12. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on this property. 13. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please take care of the furniture and other things. We do charge for damages/stains. 14. Please note that each mattress is fitted with a mattress protector (waterproof mattress cover). You are not allowed to remove it and expose the mattress to getting dirty or stained.
