Sophie vacation home is a lovely apartment in the heart of Germignaga, a picturesque village bathed by the famous Lake Maggiore. The house has every comfort you could want for your relaxing vacation. Located in the center, supermarkets, pharmacy, cinema, theater, restaurants and various shops are within walking distance. A stone's throw away, the park of Germignaga is famous for its size, sports area, spaces dedicated to children and a super-equipped beach to enjoy the summer. The space The house consists of a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. From the kitchen, you can overlook the town's central square thanks to a lovely balcony; in this room, there is a sofa that becomes a single bed. The bedroom is equipped with a double mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and nightstands; a crib can be placed on request. The bathroom with bidet and hydromassage shower is comfortable for 2 people. A laundry room in the house is for the exclusive use of guests. A courtyard with a wall fountain is organized with a sitting area, umbrella, table with chairs; there is also a dog station for our faithful 4-legged friends! Guest access Private access for guests. A private courtyard has been set up with a table, chairs, umbrella and a sitting area, convenient for enjoying your herbal teas or aperitifs! Other things to note 4-legged friends are welcome, an area of the courtyard is set up for them, with a dog station and shower.
