Modern Family Home with Spectacular Beach Views

Wake up to the sound of the sea! Our home is a four story townhouse in the beautiful coastal town of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Our home overlooks the beautiful Cove beach in Greystones and is perfect for families with young kids as we have two adults & two kids bedrooms. Every room in our house has amazing views of either the Sugar Loaf mountain to the back or the sea to the front and we are walking distance to the town and the stunning Greystones Marina. The space On the ground/first floor we have a fully equipped kitchen, bar area with wine/beer fridge, large indoor dining area, outdoor patio area with outdoor dining option, sitting room and toilet. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite and a kids bedroom that has a bunk bed that can sleep up to three kids and an ensuite. On the third floor there are another two bedrooms, a king bedroom with spectacular sea views and a baby room with a cot and a single bed. These bedrooms share a family bathroom. On the fourth floor there is two workstations and a beautiful modern sitting room with direct access to the balcony which has spectacular views over the sea and all the way to Dublin Bay. There is spaces for two cars in the driveway of the property and we have an electric charger also. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Please note, we live in the house and rent it on AirBnb out only on school holidays. We only accept family bookings. Other things to note The Cove beach is 15 meters in front of the house and 5 minute walk from the bustling area of Greystones which has amazing cafes and restaurants. There is so much to do in the area from hiking to golfing to forest and cliff walks. Greystones is 30km south of Dublin in Co. Wicklow. It is about a 45 minute drive to Dublin city and is on the dart train line which brings you straight into the city in approximately 50 minutes. Wicklow is full of spots for hiking, cycling or a host of other holiday activities. 10 to 15min drive to over 6 championship golf courses.
