Perfect location for those who like peace & quiet, but not too far from Newquay’s great beaches & attractions, many of which are within walking distance. No smoking, no pets. The space This is room-only accommodation within a private residential detached bungalow. There is a kettle and mini-fridge in the room for drinks. Coffee, tea, fresh milk & water is provided. Please note there is no toaster, no microwave, nor any cooking facilities, but there are plenty of take-aways, cafes & restaurants in Newquay to suit all tastes and budget. Guest access You will have your own direct private entrance (up 3 steps) into your en-suite room, so you have complete privacy. Self check-in via secure lock-box/key safe. During your stay We will be available throughout your stay, so you can contact us if any queries. Other things to note Maximum 2 persons permitted in room – no unregistered guests allowed. • No pets. • No smoking, vaping etc • No BBQs, firepits etc. • Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. • There is currently no facility for EV (electric vehicle) charging.
