Pool House Retreat under the Redwoods!

Long term (31 days or more)! Beautiful area of Fair Oaks Estates. Full house rental. Close to American river and Fair Oaks village! Relax on your porch under the gorgeous redwoods...Basketball court and private porch! Our property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat. Tahoe only 1.5 hrs away! Private entrance to property. No parties, events or small scale get togethers. The guest house is in the back of our land, on the same property as the main house. The space We love hosting guests and hope you come stay with us! This is a family run Airbnb rental. Full house rental. The guest house is located on the same property as the main house- towards the back. The pool house has one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath with shower and tub, living room with pull-out queen couch, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, porch/deck, pool. We understand coffee lovers and have a coffee maker, Keurig including pods, tea, hot chocolate, apple cider and more. ***Trampoline access is not allowed to guests**** Bright & airy house. Lots of windows and natural light in the house. We have a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room that can accommodate up to 2 more people. This is not a mother in law unit but a completely separate house located about 15 yards from the main house. Nature lovers come stay with us! We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat and support the National Wildlife Federation. We protect all species on our property. We have lots of positive feedback from our guests here on airbnb and through private renting for a number of years. We are well-established Airbnb hosts. We host short term and long term renters. Our guests love to pick their own grape bunches off the vineyard near back fence (seasonal- late summer). There are 3 different types of grapes. We also have pear and plum trees around the property. We also have a hummingbird feeder off the deck that gets lots of action. We have pets that live on the property including a dog (white lab) and cat (he is friendly and very lazy). Included house amenities: Private access to washer and dryer for guest house only. New washer and dryer installed in main house garage for guest house residents to use. These are separate from main house washer and dryer. We have lots of local information and guides about Sacramento, Tahoe and Napa. I have books in the guest house for use for my guests. Board games and Jenga Bath towels and pool towels Full kitchen with: Full sized Refrigerator Coffee maker Keurig Crock pot All utensils, knives, etc Toaster Microwave Oven with stove Pur Water Filter Pitcher Shampoo, conditioner, lotions ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We also extras for young kids such as a pack and play, kid cot, kids books, toys and booster seat if needed. Some things during COVID we cannot share, however. Children must be supervised at all times in our backyard by an adult. Under no circumstances do we allow guests to use the trampoline. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The house is very local to many exciting things! We are: 5 min to the American River 10 min to Folsom & Folsom Lake for biking enthusiasts. 1.5 hrs from Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, and San Francisco. 5 min to Old Town Fair Oaks Our house is also centrally located to shopping for food, dining and coffee houses. We are very familiar with the area and have lots of suggestions for dining and recreation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No smoking/ no drug use/ No pets/ No additional people on property except Airbnb guests. Non Airbnb guests not allowed in our pool or on property. Pool rules need to be signed upon check in. Hours are between 9am-9pm for pool use. We do not allow check in or check out on the following holidays- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day or Fourth of July. You need to book to stay through the actual holiday or your reservation will be cancelled. Also there is a minimum of 3 days booking stay during those holidays. We have our resident cat who is outdoors part time and is super friendly. We have a friendly dog as well. It's quiet with lots of redwood trees!i Guest access You will have access to our pool, private basketball court and lounging in our park-like backyard! Pool is fenced (safety first!) We have an outdoor BBQ that you may use as well. Other things to note We have a premier cable package and wireless internet. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room in addition to the bed in the bedroom. A Pur Water pitcher with new water filter for each new guest in the fridge. The kitchen has full amenities with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, major appliances, cookware, blender, food processor, Pyrex baking dishes and utensils. We do not offer housekeeping but if you are a long term renter, you are welcome to pay an extra $100 cleaning fee to have cleaning services come per visit. Parking is street parking only.
