Charming 2 bed Bungalow in Historic neighborhood!

Discover the perfect stay in the heart of Ogden! Our location offers unbeatable convenience and charm. If dining and nightlife are your thing, the iconic Historic 25th Street is only a 10-minute walk away, filled with bars, restaurants, and lively local culture. A nature lover? We’re a short drive to Ogden Botanic Garden and Pineview Reservoir (10 minutes) . Our neighborhood is incredibly walkable, allowing you to explore and experience the best of Ogden with ease. The space Our house was built in the early 1900’s and you can see the charm throughout the house. The house is a triplex, and the upper floor and the basement are rented. Tenants are quiet. You can park on the driveway or in the garage. The Madison, as we call it, is very charming and spacious! We kept the original doors, doorways and windows. The house is very living room has a flat screen TV,a comfortable couch and a bar. There bedrooms are across one another and provide privacy for the guests. There is a door between the living room and the other side of the house and that provides privacy as well - if someone is watching TV, they can close the door and whoever is in the bedrooms, bathroom or kitchen won’t hear them. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, comfortable mattress and bedding. One of the bedrooms has a TV, an office desk, a chair, and a spacious closet with hangers and a basket for dirty clothes. The other bedroom has a small desk and a spacious closets. The bathroom is roomy, has a toilet, a bath tub with a shower head, one sink, mirror and a spacious vanity with a hair dryer and other amenities we provide such as body wash, body lotion, mouth wash, etc. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook. We have a nespresso machine with a frother and coffee pods. We also have a pour over and a regular coffee machine so you can make coffee whichever way you prefer! We have a full size washer & dryer in the laundry room and the upstairs tenant has access to the laundry room and we will inform you if he will use the laundry room during your stay! We have built a small dog park in the front of our building with a trash can and poo bags so you can pick up after your furry kid! There is a park right in the corner of Madison and 24th street and it makes it for a fun time for dogs! We will help you plan your stay if you’d like help. Other things to note From our backyard you can see the mountains, it is nice to look out in the morning and just appreciate nature! Our place is super quiet and close to a lot of attractions so if you want to spend all day running around, this is the place for you. If you’d like a quiet place to work remotely and have a change of scenery, this is the place for you. You can go on a nice walk during your break - go grab a cup of coffee or tea or just enjoy a sunshine walk!
