A stunning private retreat boasting spacious accommodation, panoramic views, abundant wildlife and breathtaking sunsets. Sited at the top of our picturesque farm in the heart of West Cornwall, this stay offers a home from home in an amazing central location. Roam wild-flower meadows, trail through enchanting woodland, light a camp fire and say hi to our animals. Trefewha Eden is aptly named as it truly offers a slice of paradise. The space "Trefewha Eden" incorporates a fully equipped modern and spacious 12 ft x 37ft (444 square feet) static caravan. 3 steps lead up to your own private decking area. This is a large deck that wraps around to over-look the horses fields on one side (no neighbours); the riding arena to the front (which is used on a daily basis) and an enclosed garden to the other side (with a mix of fruit bushes, vegetables, strawberry plants and natural growth!) There's a BBQ on the deck for your use. Inside has a large open plan living, dining, kitchen area; super shower; fantastic kitchen, gas central heating, double glazing, a log burner, gas cooker - oven, hob and grill, toaster, kettle, microwave, TV and all the cooking utensils you need. You've got a main double bedroom with en-suite toilet and basin, as well as bedside tables each side of the comfortable double bed, reading lights and a large mirrored wardrobe, shelving and drawers to keep your clothes and essentials. There is also a second smaller bedroom which accommodates a small (4ft wide) double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and lamp. Guest access You have your own private wrap around decking, your own garden, private parking for 2 or more vehicles right outside your door, and your own washing line. You're welcome to roam our 50 acres of fields, woodland and meadows with a beautiful stream. Other things to note Heating Longer stays over 28 days, guests are responsible for replacing their own gas bottles. This is very easy - you just call our local suppliers, Warrior Gas who come out and change the bottles. Each large bottle lasts between 1 - 3 months depending on use and time of year and costs approx £79. However, the property has a log burner which if used correctly will dramatically reduce your need for gas central heating. We can advise on how to acquire wood.
