Our piece of paradise is known for its comfortable accommodations and atmosphere. With a private balcony over looking the endless ocean views and a family of local dolphins, this privacy makes relaxing by the ocean waves possible rain or shine, day or night, all year round while comfortably accommodating a family of six. Read our reviews😊 The space Our place is an ocean front unit on the second floor. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a closet, two bunks in the hallway with extra storage, two sleeper sofa's, a full bathroom with a tub & shower combo, a full kitchen, a dining table, adjustable inside climate controls and tall seating on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our place is also equipped with soft blankets, soft 100% cotton sheets, soft 100% cotton bath(set of 6) & beach towels(6), comfy pillows and a queen bed past guests have praised for its comfort. Additionally, we have a high chair, a booster seat, books, puzzles, beach toys, body boards, 2 toddler life jackets, a toddler tent, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, workout equipment, 2 tennis rackets & balls. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso maker & espresso coffee grounds, a regular coffee pot with a reusable filter, stainless steel pans including 2 medium & 2 small pots, 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large frying pan, wooden cooking utensils, bamboo cutting boards & more. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets are available in the bedroom closet. As for our neighbor's, we love the people here, they are wonderful and friendly! We are veteran owned & operated. Guest access Entire Unit and outdoor facilities, including steps right out to the beach with an outdoor shower. The bottom step to the beach access is 1-2 feet from the sand due to erosion. The waves give and take sand. High tide covers the entire beach access directly in front of our unit, however, there’s always beach access available during high tide on the other side of the next building. Sand is added almost every spring/summer to give us more beach but we have no guarantees. We just want to be honest before you book. Other things to note Please note before you book: We do NOT penalize families who have extra children. We are a large family and understand the cost associated with having more than four children, it’s a financially tight but wonderful adventure!!! Our balcony was replaced and completed in 2023. People still ask about this and I cant find where it states its still under construction. This area doesn’t get a lot of traffic compared to surf city and is very family friendly, it’s not a hot spot for businesses! Driving is required to get to the nearby restaurants and shopping. Food Lion is the closest grocery store which is 4.9 miles away, 12 minutes with no heavy traffic. Our HOA tells us last minute that we have to move our vehicles when the parking lot is being cleaned or about other outside maintenance.🤷‍♀️ We only own our unit and cannot dictate other units or beach nourishments. Our AC wall units are loud like the units at hotels. The living room AC unit was replaced the summer of 2024 and the bedroom AC unit was replaced in May 2025. The stairs to our buildings beach access sometimes get closed due to beach erosion. Guests will need to go to the next building for beach access when ours is closed or when the tide is up to the sand bags. We have a beach in front of our building usually 3-7 hours per day during warm months and less during colder months. Walking past the next building is required if you want beach access during high tide. We just want to be honest before you book. Message us for any questions.
