Set in countryside yet only 2 minutes drive from Saltburn, it’s an ideal base for costal walks, exploring the area and relaxing in a charming rural hideaway with plenty of character. Low ceilings, small Cottage windows and rustic beam dressed with twinkly lights creates a warm character filled atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. The main bedroom is a spacious and calming with a modern Victorian style ensuite featuring a generous double shower. Children loved the compact bun Room short buns with borrowed light and vent ventilation of the hall. It’s a snug, playful hideaway that children adore, often described as the little Harry Potter style adventure space. The charming retreat is one of three unique properties at Lane End Farm offering both designated and shared outdoor spaces for unwinding dining or letting little ones explode safely. Set in peaceful countryside it only two minutes from Saltburn. It’s an ideal base of course beach days and discovering everything in the area has to offer. Perfect for couples seeking a quiet getaway or young families wanting comfort character and convenience the old pile of lens Farm heritage with modern touches to create a memorable stay. Step outside to your world patio, featuring a charming pergola with solar lights overhead and a two seater bench. Ideal for morning coffee evening drinks are simply relaxing in the fresh air. Guest also have access to a separate part perfect for children to run around or play with a ball and play equipment that can be used for children under 12 guests own risk. We welcome one small dog - house rule applies and an EV charger is available on site for added convenience at additional cost. Guest access There is designated parking for the old parlour and the site is surrounded by farm land offering space to enjoy views and relax or have easy access to both moors and the coast within 2 min drive. We are directly off a B road. Other things to note NB: Second bedroom only suitable for young children There is a small herd of rare breed sheep/ducks and chickens on site which you are welcome to see on your stay. The parlour is close proximity to the main farmhouse. There is an Ohme EV charger available at additional charge. Please ask if required. There is also WiFi via a dongle on a first come basis as it is shared with another property.
