New large complete house/home (100 m2) near Jönköping

Grönkullen is rural and quiet, yet still very close to Jönköping (11 km). Built in 2020, where we put a lot of effort into making it a complete home. The house is part of our dream where we started an organic farm right outside its door. Our accommodation is suitable for both visitors coming for leisure and business. The space Grönkullen has a total of 100 m2 with 85 m2 on the ground floor and 15 m2 on an upper floor. In the common living room and kitchen, there is a sofa, two armchairs, TV and a complete kitchen. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower, sauna and washing machine/drying facilities. Upstairs, there is another double bed and a workplace with an extra monitor and keyboard. The house is very well insulated and heated with underfloor heating. The ventilation is so-called FTX (mechanical ventilation with recycling) and all air is changed every two hours. We provide our guests with bed linens and towels In the house, there is a strict smoking ban! Our house is suitable for up to 5 people Guest access Our guests have access to the guest house with its patio in the back. In addition, you have free access to parking with up to two vehicles. Check-in is after 3 pm *) Check-out is before 11:00 am *) Check-in can take place at any time after 3 pm as we have a code lock that allows everyone to check in independently of the hosts. Other things to note The kitchen has the following equipment: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, egg cooker There is a washing machine and drying cabinet There is an iron and ironing board There is a hair dryer The accommodation is equipped with a 40-inch TV with associated Apple TV and Chromecast The accommodation is equipped with a Sonos speaker system WLAN/LAN with speeds up to 100 Mbit/s in the accommodation We also offer access to our home gym and the possibility to charge an electric car WELCOME!!
