No smoking, no pets. Easy access to I-95. The space There are three immaculate, nicely decorated spacious private rooms. Sitting room with two wing-back chairs, table/chairs, kitchenette, bedroom with closet, and roomy updated private bathroom. AC in the sitting room and bedroom. Smoke-free, pet free residence and yard. Fresh clean linens, extra blankets, plenty of towels, shampoo, and soap. Complimentary beverages and snacks along with dishes, cups, utensils, wine goblets, and bottle opener. Private, well-lit entrance; keypad self entry. Off-street parking in driveway for one car. Guest access One designated parking space is allocated in the driveway. Please park in front of the 'Welcome' sign. Stroll through the pretty backyard to the side of the house. There is a wide and well-lit, private staircase leading up to the 3-room suite with a landing halfway up the two-tiered staircase. There is free and legal parking on the street in front of the house for guests. Uber drivers are welcome to access the driveway for pickup and drop-off. The self entry keypad entry code is sent to each guest close to the check-in date. The code is changed for each new guest.
