Cabin in the wilderness

Come and recharge your batteries in our cabin built in the heart of nature. 5 minutes from Lake Lavalette and hiking trails, enjoy the view of the Velay in peace. The cabin is equipped with a kitchen area (gas hob, no oven), and 4 beds. Outside you will find a dining area with barbecue, dry toilet and a "solar" shower. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The wooden yurt-like cabin is warm. The bay has stunning views of the Sucs. ;) It is equipped with everything you need in terms of dishes, coffee maker, gas stove, fridge with small freezer... and warm duvets for cooler nights (we are at an altitude of 900 m). Sheets are provided. There is electricity but no running water, you will find a foot pump system for the kitchen sink (20l reserve of drinking water) Tea and coffee available. Outside you will have private access to a dining area with barbecue - unavailable in drought - and a seating area. The outdoor shower is supplied by a 1000 L tank of spring water connected to the shower by a long black pipe that heats up during the day. The dry toilet is located at the back of the cabin. A composter is located at a distance from the cabin to dispose of the bag. Deckchairs and a parasol are at your disposal. There's also a composter for food. The cabin is the perfect place for a stay in peace and quiet! On the farm lives our dog Melba, very sociable and playful. Away from the cabin is a hen house with our hens and turkeys. Igloo, our donkey, also lives with us. Other things to note We offer aperitif-dinner boards, dessert included, with organic farm products and homemade for €20 per person (cold cuts, spreads, cheeses, crunchy vegetables, homemade bread, fine tomato pies...). Book before noon for the evening. In the photo, you'll find a board for one person. Possibility to accompany them with local beers and homemade syrups at extra cost. We also offer breakfasts composed of organic products from our production or local: cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, bread, butter, jams, smoothie or juice, cake or pancake - €10 per person. to be booked the night before. You'll also have the option to buy our organic eggs and vegetables.
