Welcome to our home away from home conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos, centrally located near Camelback, Mount Airy Casino, & Kalahari! Our home embodies everything you need to get away and relax within the privacy and security of a gated community. Even without leaving the community there are many fun activities such as swimming, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and 3 lake access for kayaking and water fun. This quiet serene home will help you remember how beautiful nature can be! The space This cozy split level home has brought our family so much joy and we wish to share the experience with you! The first level has an entertainment area with a mini bar, foosball table and a Smart 55' Roku TV. The Roku TV (guest mode) allows you to BYOL (bring your own logins) so you can stream everything you're familiar with! You simply log-in to your streaming accounts, select the date of check-out, and everything will be automatically cleared and secured. It also has two bedrooms with queen size bed, a full bathroom and the laundry room. The kitchen and living room are also located on the second level of the house. The living room features a Smart 65' Roku TV (guest mode) for BYOL again! There are also board games, puzzles, and books for your leisure reading. It also has a full bathroom, two bedrooms- one with a queen size bed and the second one has a bunk bed. From the second level, you will also have access to our outdoor deck and the backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, deck, and backyard. One supply closet upstairs and owner's closet downstairs will be locked and guests do not have access. There are 3 community lakes, basketball courts, tennis courts, community pool (seasonal access from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend). Other things to note Our home is located in one of the most sought after GATED community in the Poconos. Guests' security is our top priority. After your booking, you will be asked to sign a MIN LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL and provide your email address, GUESTS' NAME and VEHICLE INFORMATION at least 3 days before your check-in date. Upon arrival, the security will ask for ID and vehicle information, and this will have to MATCH with what you provided before. Fail to do so may cause check-in delays/denial. **Winter Weather** Poconos is a ski destination so we get a lot of snow! Please plan accordingly. All wheel drive is recommended. We do offer plowing services for over 2 inches of snow but timing is not guaranteed by check-in or check-out so we provide shovels and salt just in case. Day guests are not permitted by our community.
