We are a PET FREE home. Less than a mile from the beach, Deerfield Beach International Fishing , Pioneer Park boat ramp and short a drive to Fort Lauderdale. Local eateries are within walking distance; Starbucks, Aldi’s and IHOP. There is a free rideshare available to the CRA https ridefreebee. com We are a 30 minute drive to West Palm Beach, Clematis Street. The Lab, a speakseasy offering creative handcrafted cocktails. *No Parties/large groups The space The house is perfect for two couples or a SMALL family or two couples. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart television and WiFi* connect to your apps. Each bedroom has a desk if needed. The dining room table seats 6 and there is a breakfast table. We provide towels and beach towels for your convenience. There is a sleep sofa if you have a 5th guest (maximum of 5 guests) The backyard has a table and umbrellas for outdoor sitting. Guest access The drive has permitted parking for up to 3 cars only. The Owners uses the additional parking spaces. There is no access to the garage Other things to note NO pets or other animals, parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties or large groups.
