Bolivar flats in my opinion is the best beach for relaxing and rewinding. Quiet, drivable, dog friendly and some of the best surf fishing around. If you're looking for a little bit more of the party scene just keep driving up the beach, you'll find it. From Bolivar Flats you got 27 miles of drivable beach, there is something for everyone.
