Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, home was designed to have a Zen and peaceful atmosphere. The courtyard has an above ground jacuzzi, firepit, dining area, heating lamps with exotic plants. Backyard has 180-degree ocean view where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, view of Catalina Island. 3 bedrooms with 2 being master bedrooms/3 baths (no bathtubs) open kitchen concept), large TV's in living room and one of the master bedrooms, laminate flooring throughout. The two Master bedrooms are fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, napkins, Qtips, and handsoap. The kitchen is also fully equipped and please help your self to all spices, all dishes and glasses are in the cabinets for your use. Please don't use the dishes on display or the wine glasses located in the bar. There are plenty of wine glasses in the cabinets. You will be able to access the entire house with the exception of my bar and dishes displayed on the kitchen shelves (please don't use any of the glasses on the bar or liquor in the home) I will meet the guests on the first day for a 10-minute walk through at check in only, please make sure you check out no later than 11:00 AM single story home located in a quiet neighborhood, not too many kids. No loud noise or parties allowed, the backyard is NOT private due to the ocean view...so neighbors can see in, there is private front courtyard where the jacuzzi and firepit are located. Please note that the maximum of people in the home is 4, no guest except for the people that were part of the booking. Parking is on the driveway of the house, can accommodate one car and also on the street in front of the home. Please make sure when opening and closing the refridge you do it gently so that you don't damage the walls.
