License: PK13144F The space The guest accommodation at the Coach House comprises of: - Large open plan sitting room/dining/kitchenette in a room with double height barn ceilings - Large bedroom with superking four-poster bed - Separate small kitchen prep area with sink & tea&coffee making facilities - Shower room (shower/WC/basin) - Walled garden Guest access You’ll have the Coach House accommodation all to yourself: it comprises a large open plan sitting room with dining & kitchen area, a smaller kitchen area with sink and tea/coffee making facilities, a bathroom with shower, loo & basin and a spacious bedroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy the walled Coach House garden. Access to & from the property is via either of the two main gates. The rest of the property (main house & gardens) is private. Other things to note Please be aware that the internet here isn’t amazing… the village doesn’t have broadband & internet & phone reception can be patchy. This is a self catering cottage: we provide salt & pepper & olive oil, coffee pods & tea bags but please ensure that you bring everything else that you’ll need. Supermarkets & delis & speciality butchers, grocers etc, are located in Perth or Dundee (12-15 mins drive to either city). You are welcome to arrange supermarket deliveries in advance of your stay if you wish, please just let us know.
